Skip Milled Brown Board
Skip milled flooring, part of the original surface (OSF) product line is a great way to maintain and retain the original and authentic character of salvaged lumber. Skip milled helps create a relaxed contrast to a modern design of rustic-clean look.
Skip Milled Chestnut Barn Board
Skip Milled Chestnut Barn Board is elusive, finite, sophisticated and prized for its rich chocolate hues, refined grain and rich history. This flooring is very distinctive.
Antique White Oak
The early growth White Oak has an imbued chatoyance that is irresistible and can fit into any application or appearance. Its dark golden richness is timeless and the elegance of it is enhanced by tung oil.
Walnut
This is our rarest reclaimed hardwood, and not always available. When we have it in stock, we have Walnut that has outstanding color, classic un-red tones and depth.
Threshing Floor
Threshing floors are the most primitive, rustic and unique of our reclaimed products. Traditionally, barns had heavy, rugged floors to thresh grains. These floors had to be thick and tough to hold up to many years of harvesting crops as well as all the foot, hoof, wagon, and other traffic.
Wire Brushed Oak
Oak Barn Board, harvested from various types of agrarian buildings like tobacco barns, corn cribs, loft boards and granary boards, offers a unique polished look or “burnishing.” This burnish adds a depth of character to the wood. It is also a great way to preserve the original surface and patina of the wood while sweeping away any loose grain and dirt.
Antique White Oak Mix
A mix of oaks is commonly found in a lot of barns either as structural timbers or barn board. We take both types of oak and combine them in a blend to give a mix of red hues and toasted brown tones. The variation of warm rich tones give Antique Oak Mix a rustic contrast of its own character.
Maple
Commonly found throughout New England and the midwest, maple is often found in agrarian buildings. Bright, blonde and full of character, maple will take on its own unique character as it ages, including warm tones, insect scarring, distressing and Spalding, a process that happens in Maple.
Hickory
Hickory is a member of the Walnut family. This wood has a juxtaposition of contrasting colors from light sapwood to dark hardwood. Its flowing patterns of green indicate that it is a bold and dense wood. Milk chocolate and white chocolate tones give the wood a warm feeling.
